As you may know our infamous Eat Your Heart Out pop up Halloween cake shop is back with a bang for 2013 – entitled ‘Feed The Beast’ and supported by The Kraken Rum. We’ve already had some amazing submissions – such as these ‘Mouth of Kraken’ cupcakes from Heartache Cakes shown below.
These will be exclusively on sale at our cake shop is open from the 25th – 27th October 2013, at The Rag Factory, London. See flyer below for all the details.
We can also confirm All Mine Patisserie is another name firmly on the contributing food artists list for ‘Feed The Beast’. We just had to share a few previews of these jaw dropping incredible life-sized The Kraken Rum flavored chocolate (purposefully dead looking) body parts. We’re pretty confident in laying down the gauntlet and saying that these will be the best liqueur chocolates you will ever see, plus of course being made with a dark spiced rum means they taste amazing.
We’ve got a LOT more up our sleeves this Halloween just you wait and ‘sea’ – I can promise it will eclipse everything which has gone before…

Delighted to say that the infamous Eat Your Heart Out pop up cake shop is back for 2013 – this year it’s supported by The Kraken Rum – and will be held in London from the 25th – 27th October 2013.
With a fearsome monster theme it’s entitiled ‘Feed The Beast In Your Belly’. Showstopper cakes guests will be invited to slice into include an lifesized bloated corpse of a drowned sailor, rotting giant squid tentacles and everyone’s favourite Halloween cake, severed limbs. The predicted top seller? Festering wound cupcakes will be this years STD cupcakes.

We have got some incredible macabre food art up our sleeves this year – bring it on!
Amazing cake from Claire Ratcliffe – what I really like is whilst the subject matter is gross it also really shows off her piping skills at the same time!
A cake by Annabel de Vetten based on Episode 2 – ‘Amuse-Bouche’ – of the TV series Hannibal, where victims are being buried alive (on an IV drip) in order to become fertilizer for a garden of fungus. If you can face eating it then you will be tucking into red Velvet cake with dark chocolate ganache, Oreo cookie soil, and meringue mushrooms.
Once again Miss Insomnia Tulip is an absolute genius. This would be hard enough on a cake but on Macarons… Go Lou we are so proud of you!
More genius from Miss Insomnia Tulip
